Farewell and retirement gifts in Arabic calligraphy, made to order in our workshop in 5–7 working days. When a colleague leaves for a new post, the words that travel with them are a wish for success: «الله ولي التوفيق» (God grants success) in Thuluth and «من جدّ وجد» (who strives, finds, or «لا أبرح حتى أبلغ» (I will not give up until I reach, al-Kahf 18:60) by Affanah Zohir. Prices are shown on each piece.
For a long career, give something kept for good: «وما توفيقي إلا بالله» (my success is only through God), a signed original in ink on paper by Ahmed Alhawary; their name set in Diwani, Thuluth or Nastaliq; the Kufic name frame; or a mabkhara for the majlis at home.
On the name frames, the name is spelled back to you on WhatsApp before anything is printed or cut, so a gift collected by a team arrives right. Order about two weeks before the last day. To set a message of your own, open the retirement page in Mashq Studio; composing is free. For a colleague moving into a new office, see new office gifts.
